How to prepare?
Ingredients
For Pizza Sauce
- ¼ cup tomato ketchup
- 2 tsp chilli sauce
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- ¼ tsp balck pepper powder
- Salt to taste
For bread Pizza
- 8 to 10 slices of bread whole wheat or white bread
- 1 capsicum or bell pepper (any colour), finely chopped
- ¼ cup corn kernels
- Grated cheese as required
- Butter as required to toast
Method
For Pizza Sauce- In a bowl, add tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, oregano, red chilli flakes, pepper powder and salt. Mix everthing and set aside.
For Bread Pizza
- Cut the bread using a cutter or a bowl in round shape.
- Heat the pan, grease the pan with butter and lightly toast the bread. Turn off the flame and remove the bread on a plate or tray.
- Spread the prepared pizza sauce on the lightly roasted bread on one side.
- Place chopped capsicum and corn kernels on it.
- Top it with grated cheese.
- Heat a pan, place the bread pizza and cover it with the lid. On low flame, cook till the cheese starts to melt and bread turns slightly brown in color.
- Serve veg bread pizza with red chilli flakes, oregano and tomato ketchup.
Note:
- You can just cut the sides of bread and use the bread for making pizza.
- You can add vegetables of your choice like babycorn, tomatoes or any.
- You can bake or grill in the oven instead of toasting in a pan.
- In a bowl, add tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, oregano, red chilli flakes, pepper powder and salt. Mix everthing and set aside.
